first edition Softcover
1960 · Camden, New Jersey
Camden, New Jersey: I.F. Huntzinger Co., Appellate Printers, 1960. Softcover. Very Good. Volumes one and three only. Wrappers age-toned, abrasion on spine head of volume one, very good. Laid in is a handwritten letter from Victor J. Pacheco, the defendant-appellant to the Hon. Judge Anthony J. Cafiero and dated February 11, 1965 in which he mentions his alleged coconspirator Bobo Clarence Nelson, the director of the FBI J. Edgar Hoover, and the New Jersey Governor Richard. J. Hughes. Pacheco is alleged to have killed Anibal Luiz Oliveria during a robbery which occurred in Oliveria's farmhouse in the outskirts of Vineland, NJ. An interesting association copy.
