"This publication appears on the occasion of an exhibition by Rudolf Baranik at Exit Art / The First World, New York in 1993." (first page) The texts are: Elegy: Existential Prose and Polemical Poetry / Donald Kuspit ; Biographical Notes / Rudolf Baranik ; and Symposium / Rudolf Baranik, Jonathan Green, Lucy R. Lippard, and William Olander. This copy includes photocopies of additional articles: Interiority as a Value: Rudolf Baranik & Donald Kuspit / Mark Graham, moderator, from the March/April 1992 issue of Art Papers (Vol. 16, issue 2, pp. 18-23.
