Salt Lake City: Deseret News Company, 1882. 42pp. Original printed tan wrappers. Rear wrapper chipped at edges, worn along spine. Occasional light tanning, else very clean internally. Very good overall. "A much sought item" - Auerbach sale. Includes the text of the petition to Congress for admission, the minutes of the Convention, the text of the proposed constitution, and the officers and delegates of the Convention. Joseph F. Smith presided as President of the Convention. The constitution gave every citizen over age twenty-one, including women, the right to vote.
