From the jacket: "...the serious portions of the narrative deal with [the author's] involvement in local political as well as tin dredging problems during a unique victory over Communist aggression in one of the prize 'dominos' of Southeast Asia. The control of this area, including Australia and New Zealand, appears crucial to both China and Russia in their bitter confrontation for World domination." The author, "a brilliant innovator in dredging techniques," was one of the founders of the World Dredging Association, and supervised dredging operations in Malaya's tin fields for 22 years.
