Colorful bookplate (showing a bookworm dressed as Holmes with its book) on the front pastedown, tape mark on the front free endpaper else this is a fine copy. The dustwrapper is clipped, and is rough along the edges. It also is lightly stained, more so on the reverse, but what appears to be residue form an old jacket protector. But it still gives a very good appearance.The front flap lists the Ted Scott Flying Stories, ending with 'Castaways of the Stratosphere'. The rear flap is a review of Ted Copp's 'The Mystery of Devil's Hand', and the rear panel cites air combat stories by Burtis, Adams and Avery.Rare.
