A very fancy publishing project describing the program of a luncheon held to celebrate the completion of NABISCO's new bakery in Kansas City, September 9, 1911. Includes descriptions of the building and equipment, an "industrial parade" to celebrate the event, addresses of the company's president and Mayor Brown of Kansas City, and numerous others. Also includes a guest list. Illustrated. Two letters from the NABISCO advertising department to Connecticut State Librarian George S. Goddard, dated June 1 and June 7, 1917, laid in. Breyer's Ice Cream "pledge of purity" also laid in. Slipcase rubbed and scuffed at edges and corners. (Inventory #: 128502)
