Cap Français [Saint Domingue]: Chez Batilliot jeune, et Compagnie, 1792. 4pp., printed on a folded folio sheet. Quarto. Caption title partially crossed out in pen. Moderately tanned and foxed. Very good. A letter dated March 3, 1792, from the French commissioners in Saint Domingue, Ignace-Frédéric de Mirbeck and Roume de St. Laurent, to the provincial government at Port-Au-Prince admonishing them for adopting resolutions that surpass their authority and for flouting the interests of the French government as represented by their officers in Cap Français.
