Blacksmith & Wheelwright. New York, February 1916. Vol. LXXIII. No. 2.
1916. · New York:
by [Blacksmithing].
Journal, folio (11" x 16"), original wrappers, illustrated, 45-80 pp. Some chips and tears along edges, piece missing from lower back margin, affecting a couple of letters, one signature is loose, some staining, which could have been caused by some minor singeing; otherwise about very good. The journal maintains its dedicated to the interests of blacksmiths, wheelwrights and wagon builders. It provides a fascinating look back of the technology of the early 20th century. There are a number of pages of tool illustrations, including Uncle Sam's choice for hydraulic tire setters. There are a few articles too, including ones on welding and truck painting.
