Includes a brief biographic note, a 10-page essay by Tristan Klingsor on Charles Guerin et son Oeuvre, a list of the principal works by Guerin (in chronological order), and a few "thoughts/penses" of Guerin. The plates follow. A small but delightful volume. The Claribel Cone Collection was one of the finest collections of French art in the US, donated to the Baltimore Museum of Art.
