Published in the last days of the repressive regime of Salazar, it shows how much money was spent on producing a self-serving corrupt government while the poverty in Mocambique was among the worst in Africa. A remarkably scarce item printed in a small print run. OCLC identifies the only copy in Bavaria. Bound in dark blue cloth, spine lettering gilt.
