Uncommon 1903 recording of the ceremonies (attended by President Teddy Roosevelt) at the laying of the cornerstone of Washington's Army War College Building. Clean and VG in its wine-red cloth, with bright gilt-titling to the front panel. Very light scuffing at the panels, small former owner stamp at the front free endpaper, otherwise very clean.
