Rey July 28, 1966"" above his original drawing of his title character, Curious George, holding the man with the yellow hat's hat, accomplished on the verso of the front endpaper of his book, Curious George. (Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1941), 56 pp., 4to. Later edition (fifteenth printing) bound in publisher's red cloth, front board and spine stamped in black. Spine mildly sunned, some rubbing, soiling and mild wear, hinges a bit stressed and offset.
