The typography was designed and hand-set by Dan Carr and Julia Ferrari, who chose to alternate the lines of the original French text in Gill Sans Light with the translation by Wallace Fowlie in Perpetua. Printed by Daniel Keleher at the Wild Carrot Letter Press in Hadley, MA, and bound in quarter red leather and sand cloth by Carol Joyce of the Academy Bindery.
