While OCLC does record limited copies of other catalogues - in particular 44, 45 and 47 - there are no copies of Catalogue 46 on OCLC. A collection of sixty-two small and moderately sized house designs, each with exterior elevation (many in color), floor plans, dimensions, description and cost to buy and ship the house. At the rear of the catalogue is a section focusing on Summer Cottages; then the Hunter's Lodge; the Roadside Store; two types of Filling Stations (each equipped with two bathrooms); the rear cover features five different garages. Advertised on the inside front cover is "Aladdin's newest achievement! Aluminum Protected Lumber" with silver printing to highlight its beauty. House names range from "The Marshfield - A snug distinctive home" to the typical American foursquare "The Hickory - A style that never grows up" to "The Plymouth - A perfect Home." Most of the main designs include endorsements from the owners of the each style including a letter from Ida May Applegate of South Richmond, Virginia who purchased "The Madison - A true Amercian Dream."
