Contents are a poem celebrating the 50th Wedding Anniversary of the Longworths. The Longworth's were a prominent, wealthy Cincinnati family. Their son Nicholas Longworth III was a former United States Speaker of the House. Author's inscription on the second blank end sheet - "To Mrs. Cyrus Cleaveland with Kindest regards of Fred c S. Cozzens, Christmas 1857." Frederick Swartwout Cozzens (1818-1869) was an American humorist. (Inventory #: 8580)
