Pale blue cloth boards, paper spine label, black and red ink lettering, frontispiece, tissueguard, teg. 8vo. 348pp. Illus. (b/w plates). Numbered, limited edition, this being 726 of 1000 copies. Bookplate of author on front pastedown, long presentation description on limitation page. According to a notation by renowned Maine bookdealer F. O'Brien, this copy was a presentation copy by author to Gov. Baxter of Maine. The inscription is difficult to translate, but I've learned to trust the notes of FOB. A wonderful item for the right collection.
