Tissue-protected frontis portrait in the first volume. Inner matter lightly tanned with some foxing, spines a bit sunned, some corner tips bumped, inner front hinges of volumes one and two broken and inexpertly mended, otherwise a good set. The second, revised and corrected edition of Ralph Nevill's translation from the French of one of the source works for Dumas's better- known novel.
