Wrappers a bit frayed at extended overlap edges, some darkening to wrappers and label from contemporary plain pulp wrapper (fragments still present), otherwise a very good copy. First edition, ordinary issue, of the Poet Laureate's first book, published in August, 1925. There exists at least one copy, specially bound at the time of publication in cloth, with printed label, signed by Day- Lewis, but whether it constitutes a formal deluxe issue or a singular instance is unclear.
