Orig. brown blind & gilt stamped cloth a bit toned, but otherwise very good. The original edition was issued in Auburn NY, and this copy has the title page replaced with another title, issued from Goshen NY. Goshen is the center of the US trotter racing industry. An entry in the Goshen directory for 1878 cites Reevs & Kelsey, as suppliers of general merchandise, flour, feed, etc. at 83 W Main.
