The cheap paper used has normal browning but a very nice copy, uncut and unopened. One of 1000 copies with 1 25 pages, profusely illustrated with illustrated text and full page plates, some in color or tint, of Mitrokin's work in graphics, book covers, title page and bookplates, and two essays on his life an d work. Mitrokhin was a member of the Mir Iskusstva (World of Art) group, which flourished prior to World War I. WITH Dmitri Mitrokhin. Knijnie Enaki (Token of the Book). Petersburg 1921. 16mo, pictor ial wrappers. One of 200 numbered copies with 48 pages, text and 13 bookplates of which three are tipped in, the others printed one per page with versos blank.
