Bethesda. A typed letter signed "Arleigh Burke". In the letter, Burke replies to a request for use of his uniforms for use in a Canadian WWII Veterans' Hall. "I appreciate your interest in the material to indicate the very close relationship which existed between our two Navies during the war and since. I agree it would be helpful to both countries if your exhibit in Veteran's Hall did have something form the United States Navy". The letter is in fine condition.
