Book Description
New York. A two sided document, dated 1796 to 1803, showing interest due to a New York man. The writer notes on August 4th 1796 that he paid "Judge Smith for the Black the interest for 7 years" a total of three pounds. The document mentions a "George Clinton"; George Clinton served as New York Governor and Vice President. The document has some light aging, but is in fine condition overall.
