An autograph letter signed "H Ellis" addressed to Mr. Sayle: "I hope you will receive some the crown from publishers. When he does arrive the play will not, I trust, take long to prepare. I suppose you are afraid that... is a satisfactory & adequate reputation of Emma? If you wish for rather more space for introduction than I named, I hope you will take it." Charles Edward Sayle (1864-1924) was a British poet and illustrator. The letter has minor spotting, but is in fine condition
