Book Description

ALS. 1pg. 5” x 7”. October 20, 1910. Venice. An autograph letter signed “T A Watson” to George: “I enclose some bills with checks. Please pay them and keep the receipts till I return. How about selling the house…Have you done anything about selling them? There is no probability that I shall be at home until next Spring. Tell the Braintree Observer and Braintree Bee men not to send the papers after my subscription expires. You can give those that come to Mr. Kimball. Did you tell the Electric Light men to put the current off of the house and make everything safe? Mr. Crane will write to me anything you ask him to. We are both very well. T A Watson”. The letter has two mailing folds; there are a couple of yellow stains on the right side that cover a few letters, though they are still legible.
