DS. 1pg. 5” x 8”. February 27, 1860. New York. A document signed “Bayard Taylor” with a handwritten postscript “It is entirely too late – my time is all taken up.” Taylor signed at the conclusion of a partly printed document declining an invitation. The paper has folds and is in fine condition.
