As I knew you kindly interest yourself for my health, I will repeat what I told you in my former letter, that it has not suffered from ye fatigues of my northern journey & bears up nobly against all violences & inclemences of weather. I drank some Bath water every day, which Dr. R. assures me will confirm my health. We have some very agreeable locally here, but the Premier of Ireland is gone to London for a few days which is a great loss to me. I expect to see his Grace here the middle of next week. Mr. La Pierre has begun his readings here, he…us admirably yesterday morning, is to do ye same tomorrow, on Saturday & on Monday next. A Bath life is neither Tragedy nor Comedy but more petite place…reading are well aported to it…I wish he”. The verso has some writing in a different hand and part of an integral address leaf.
