Binding with stamped title and author on spine and native in front of poles on cover, all colored in green. There is some spotting on covers and minor foxing on edges. Provenance: Signature of George Forrest is on title page and first page of text. This is a scarce copy of this early travel and exploration of Burma and Tibet by Kindon Ward. Forrest also a noted explorer of plants in Himilaya’s had brought back numerous plants from this region.
