Captivating portfolio with 18 original high quality Bromoil copy prints of work by Czech photographer Josef Sudek (1896-1976). Selected by Josef Prosek, Petr Tausk and Petr Zora from images of the photographer's archive. Inside flap of portfolio with printed list of plates. Booklet bound in stapled wraps, illustrated with 9 b/w reproductions of photographs. Text in Czech, Russian, German, English and French. Closed tear around lower staple, loosening. Printed on glossy paper, includes bibliography and biography. The 18 Bromoil photographic prints (11 1/2" x 8") in near fine condition. (* List of prints below). Each plate printed on verso in 5 languages with title and date. 1 additional loose photographic title print with artist's name. Very minor creasing to tiny parts of edges on some plates. Wraps of exterior paper portfolio slightly creased across parts of spine. Overall very good condition.
