Light spotting.. 8vo. 2 pp. Text begins: "That it appears that the said Taylor ... leased of the United States certain salt works in the then Territory of Illinois, on the 5th of February, 1810, for and during the period of three years, and that, at the expiration of that time, the United States were to pay the lessees for all lasting and permanent improvements which should be made by them, and approved by the President.
