The film starred James Cagney, Ann Dvorak, Margaret Lindsay, Robert Armstrong, and was directed by William Keighley. Cagney plays Brick Davis, a young lawyer who wsa educated by a racketeer and becomes a G-Man to avenge the death of his best friend, with a terrific ending. This partial shooting script is 47 pages, staplebound, with the working title Mr. Farrell. The first page has the typing “2/1/35 FINAL PART II”, and “Mr. Cagney” writtin in pencil. About fine. From the auction sale of James Cagney’s estate. James Cagney was a fine actor who was best known for his work in Public Enemy with Mae Clarke where he was a ruthless Prohibition gangster, as well as Yankee Doodle Dandy, Man of a Thousand Faces, Angels with Dirty Faces, What Price Glory, etc.
