Gads Hill [Dickens’s home], August 22, 1934.” Original pictorial yellow cloth; label or bookplate removed from inside front cover. Pictorial dust jacket; piece chipped from heel of spine with loss of two letters in imprint. Illustrated by Gluyas Williams, who also illustrated the dust jacket.
