New York:. [1846].. The Beverley Robinson house was Benedict Arnold's headquarters while he was commander at West Point. When his treachery was discovered, it was from here that he fled down to the Hudson, along a path now commemorated on Route 9D in Garrison as "Arnold's Flight".
