John Kennedy Appoints His Director Of The Bureau Of The Budget
DS. 1pg. 22” x 18 ½”. December 17, 1962. Washington. A large commission signed “John F. Kennedy” as President and co-signed “Dean Rusk” as Secretary of State. The President appointed Kermit Gordon to be his “Director of the Bureau of the Budget”. Such high level Kennedy appointments scarcely come on the market.
