Seemingly fell off the tracking map in San Fransisco, the item is #341 of 512 of Wasson's Mushrooms, Russia, and History, Pantheon, 1957; two large volumes in a slipcase, value is US$2000.

The book was in transit from Wisconsin to Hawaii.
