Berkeley, 1991. 8.5 x 11 inch "Fantasy Magazine" illustrated letterhead. dated May, 1991. Bradley rejects a submission that is "too gruesome. I prefer stories that give my readers a creepy feeling, rather than stories that put them in danger of losing their lunch." Bradley goes on to make suggestions about length and encourages her correspondent to write a novel. Aprx 300 words. Also, Bradley has handwritten a comment next to her signature. "Not bad - just not for us. Try another market and try us again. Read a few issues - see waht we print." Few shallow wrinkles at one corner; otherwise, in Fine condition.
