The work is said to touch "on themes, particularly Relativity, that were not explored until the 1980s and 1990s" (see finding aid to Western's papers at IISH). Western was chairman of the London Branch of the Association of Scientific Workers and a prominent Labour Party figure; he committed suicide in 1949. Octavo.
