Solid and VG+ in its orange wrappers, with former owner's neat handwritten name and address (Paul Grayson, renowned Boston architect) on the title page and his stamped name and address on the following recto. Also includes a VG example of the publisher's unprinted mylar dustjacket, with light chipping along the front flap-fold and at the spine ends. Tall quarto, large fold-out map at the rear pastedown, crisp black-and-white plates thruout. Includes --among other major projects-- a study of the great Oscar Niemeyer's "Palacio da Alvorada" ("Dawn Palace").
