This is the first edition of this key bibliographic work on the 86 earliest editions of Euclid's Elements. The bibliography is arranged in four parts: I) Editions of not less than the first six books with demonstrations, &c., in Greek, Greek & Latin, or Latin; II) Editions in Greek and Latin of the Enunciations only; III) Translations into current European languages, and into Arabic; IV: Fragmentary editions in various languages. The author has contributed a narrative for the purpose of discussion his knowledge of the earliest known printed editions of Euclid.
