With the ownership signature of Richard Harwood, a former national editor for the Washington Post who asked Ben Bradlee to replace Woodward and Bernstein from the Watergate reporting (later admitting he had been wrong to do so); laid in is a long double-spaced sheet (approximately 2000 words) of typescript (with manuscript corrections and additions) from Harwood, while working for the Louisville Times, to Ben Reeves (political adviser to Kentucky congressman Carl Perkins, 1966-1984) focusing on questions being asked of Lyndon Johnson's ethical behavior at the time of the 1964 presidential campaign.
