Fine in a Very Good+ dustjacket, unclipped (priced $5.75), with modest wear, some trivial dustiness, and a few tiny tears. African-American author's slightly fictionalized autobiography, recounting experiences of the Great Migration, making bootleg whiskey during Prohibition, including "a pistol-whipping girlfriend...[and] very amusing incidents as L.D.W. narrates his various encounters with homosexuals, especially during his army stint" (from jacket copy).
