The title page notes the presence of a map, but our copy does not include one and it appears that it was never actually printed for publication. Library bookplate (with inked discard stamp) on the front pastedown; small ink and blindstamp on title page; small ink mark on bottom margin of contents page. No other markings or signs of previous ownership. Spine leather dry and cracking, but securely bound; light spotting and soil to the contents. Book now protected in a removable mylar wrap.
