Her husband, Harold Adamson (1948-1990), was a lyricist whose work appeared in As the Girls Go (1948-1949), Banjo Eyes (1941-1942), Singin' the Blues (1931), Earl Carroll's Vanities (1931), and Smiles (1930-1931).
