Both volumes solid and VG to VG+ in their light-blue cloth, with bright gilt-titling along the front panels and spines. Tasteful bookplates ("Percy Aldin") at the front pastedowns, mild sunning along the spines, small closed tear at Vol. II's spine crown. Thick octavos, top-edges gilt, "being the diary illustrative of the times of George the Fourth interspersed with original letters from the late Queen Caroline and from other distinguished persons" (from the title pages).
