Mexico City: J. M. Fernandez de Lara, 1838. Full calf. Very good. 8vo. (4),297,(39)pp. With the final leaf of errata. Later 19th century rust calf spine over mottled boards, a bit rubbed. Very scarce. This collection of laws contains the second edition of the REGLAMENTO, of 1784, which was the first printed laws governing Upper California. Also, pages 119-121 contain records of the Presidios in Upper California. See the STREETER SALE #2490. Howes C60 (recording this edition). (Inventory #: 9451)
