Contemporary panelled calf (leatherbound) binding with front hinge expertly reattached by Scott Kellar bookbinding, along with other minor refurbishing. An Eighteenth Century engraved armorial bookplate of the family coat-of-arms for George Kenyon of Keel on inside front cover, with the name "Rob. Kenyon" in ink above the bookplate. Title continues "...III: An Award of King Charles the First, &c. Shewing that Personal Tithes are still due by the Law of the Land, and that there is a Necessity of Restoring, or Settling something else in lieu of them, for the Maintenance of the Clergy in the Cities and Larger Towns of this Kingdom." Another work is present, not referenced on the title page, titled "A Sermon Preach'd in the Cathedral-Church of Norwich, December the 3d, 1702. Being a Day Appointed for Publick Thanksgiving..."
