Moderate wear. . An 8" x 5 1/4" booklet constructed of blank light blue paper. It contains 37 different small works of love and friendship. Each includes a lock of hair either as a simple circle or plaited in various ways. Each has a ribbon, presumably for the girl or family that contributed the hair. Eight (8) of the pieces also have a polished paper glove at the center or behind the piece. One with a paper wafer reading "Friendship Pure & True". A few of the gloves or hands are held in place with early straight pins. There are no identifying names or locations.
