Fair+, outer hinges almost completely cracked, chipping and loss to spine at extremities, ancient library label at base of spine, stamp on TP of "Union League of Philadelphia" as well as their bookplate inside front cover and inscription from the author to this club. Publishers red cloth with paper label on spine. 184 pp., no illustrations. The text block is solid and clean with expected age toning.
