Charming book of medicinal remedies written by a physician in Enid, Oklahoma. Among the "specific cures" listed are those for burns and scalds, boils, cystitis, cancers, dysentery, drowning ("drowned persons can be resuscitated after being to all appearances dead for an hour"), fistulas, earache, and gonorrhea, among others. This copy has the ownership inscription of Dr. J.G.W. Entwistle, a physician in New York State. No copies found in OCLC. Rare.
