A how-to guide for how to run a 'Learn to Swim' Campaign produced by Jantzen, a swim wear company founded in 1916 in Portland, OR. A 'Learn to Swim' Campaign was geared to helping individuals regards of age or gender learn how to swim in order to help both prevent drowning deaths and healthy exercise. The booklet takes the reader through how to get sponsors, advertise the campaign, the registration process, scheduling of classes, and final the teaching of the lessons themselves (including swimming tests and a certificate example). Through out the book are small black and white illustrations of forms such as registration cards and certificates as well as the examples of the different elements of the swimming lessons such as "Dead Man's Float" and the "Flutter Kick".
