Copy #9 of twenty numbered copies printed on Japon, from a total edition of 325 copies. Issued in the series "Le Sage et Ses Amis." This copy features three original gouache vignettes as chapter headings, attributed to P. Regnier- Vernet by a pencil inscription on the title- page.
